Service Description

Advanced lesson - Participant should be able to swim a minimum of 25 yards on front and back with a swimming stroke such as front crawl or backstroke. The ability to jump/dive into deep water. The swimmer should have some experience swimming the breaststroke, backstroke, front crawl and fly.
