Ellis Hollow Activities and Rental Policies

The Ellis Hollow Community Center grounds, tennis court, basketball court, playground and trails are free and open to the public. The Pavilion, Center and Pool are available for rent to community organizations and private parties. Scroll down to read about activities at the EHCC. Some of the other on-site amenities can be reserved for large, planned groups. Please contact reservations@ellishollowcc.org for assistance.

The Pavilion

The pavilion, stationed on the edge of our large field, is an open structure covering 6 large picnic tables. It has power and a few overhead lights for evening events. In the summer it is home to bands for our Music in the Hollow as well as in September it serves as the kitchen for the annual fair’s Country Kitchen. It is available for rental but open otherwise to the public year round.

The pavilion may be reserved for parties or gatherings by clicking "Book Online" below.

The Community Center

The community center building is home to the Ellis Hollow Nature School during inclement weather as well as various girls’ and boys' scout groups throughout the year. The building houses two bathrooms, a long entrance hallway and a classroom with a dedicated kitchen area.

The building is available for rentals and is often rented for parties, meetings, and other small gatherings. The building can comfortably accommodate parties up to 30 individuals depending on the requirements of the event (ie: seating vs standing room). There are a few large tables as well as 40 chairs. The nursery school’s furniture is also available for those planning on parties for children. Click on "Book Online" below to reserve the center.

A membership is required for regular pool use, but not for lessons or private rental.

Private rental of the pool is available outside of normal pool hours (morning or night). Rentals are for 2 hours, during which time you will also have access to the bathrooms. Rental includes 2 lifeguards. For questions, please contact us at pool@ellishollowcc.org
