Ellis Hollow Pool
The Ellis Hollow community swimming pool operates from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. It is located right next to the Community Center on Genung Rd.
PLEASE NOTE: Pool opening is delayed for the 2021 season due to a mechanical problem that needs to be fixed. Tentative opening date will be June 24th.
An annual membership is required to use the pool. Memberships are available to non-residents at the same annual rate as they are to residents. Swimming lessons are held on weekday mornings and are open to pool members and non-members.
The pool is open for general swimming afternoons and evenings.
The pool is available for party rental during off hours: 2 hours before opening or 2 hours after closing.

Ellis Hollow Pool Covid Precautions - 2021
Many young children who are not yet eligible for vaccines swim at EHCC. We wish to make the experience as safe and comfortable for families as possible this year. For this reason, our lifeguards will be enforcing the following COVID precautions. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at .
Masks must be worn by all patrons when moving around the pool deck area. Since we are not checking vaccination status, we request that all patrons comply whether vaccinated or not.
Masks can be removed while sitting down or sunbathing.
Masks can be removed while swimming.
Swimmers should maintain 6 feet of distance from others outside their households.
For patrons who desire more social distancing, there will be a limited number of spray-painted and distanced “squares” on the lawn. These squares can be claimed on a first come, first served basis, and are not guaranteed.

The Ellis Hollow Pool is an L-shaped pool built in 1972, financed with money from the long range development funds, loans secured by community property, and capital contributions from individual residents. Seventy-one families donated $19,650 to make a long time dream a reality.
